The Grinberg Method

The Grinberg Method is based on the human capacity to learn, grow and evolve by using the body and its perceptions.

Its principal objective is to transmit tools which allow again control over our life and health.

In times where all is learned through the mind, the Grinberg Method proposes an alternative that considers the body capable to reunite the necessary resources to keep itself in good health and gain personal growth.

The recuperation of natural qualities of the body (breathing, concentration, movement, flexibility, strength, endurance, digestion, fertility, sleep, vitality, lightness, silence…) allows surprising and efficient changes in daily life.

The Grinberg Method proposes therefore a structured learning through the body in order to recognize and finish with physical habits or behaviour patterns that limit us or generate symptoms, chronic pain or stress.

To obtain these results the Grinberg Method uses movement, breathing, various technics of touch and exercises to develop our attention and abilities.
